At Sabela Beauty, my goal is to provide a safe, professional and relaxing experience for every client.
To keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for everyone, the following policies apply.1. Booking Policy & £15 Booking Fee (When Required)
To protect my time and reduce repeated last-minute cancellations, I reserve the right to request a £15 booking fee for certain appointments or from clients who have previously cancelled or rescheduled at short notice.
The booking fee secures your appointment.
It will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
The booking fee is refundable or transferable if you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel within 48 hours or less, the booking fee is not refunded.
The appointment will not be guarantee until the booking fee is payed ( 24h from the appointment request)
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Cancellations
More than 48 hours’ notice:
→ Booking fee is refunded or moved to a new date.48 hours or less:
→ Booking fee is kept.
→ A new booking fee may be required for future bookings.
Rescheduling
More than 48 hours’ notice:
→ Free reschedule.Less than 48 hours:
→ Treated as a cancellation, and the booking fee is retained.
No-shows
Booking fee is lost.
Future appointments may require a full non-refundable booking fee.
These policies ensure appointments are respected and keep the diary fair for all clients.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time.
If you are 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be cancelled.
The booking fee (if paid) will not be refunded for late arrivals.
4. Patch Tests & Client Safety
Your safety always comes first.
Certain treatments require a 48-hour patch test (tints, chemical products, etc.).
If you decline a patch test or fail to attend one, your appointment may be cancelled.
Clients must inform me of allergies, medical conditions, medications or skin sensitivities.
For piercings, only implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) is used for best healing.
5. Hygiene & Professional Standards
All tools are disinfected between every client.
Single-use items are safely disposed of.
Treatment areas are cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
I follow strict health & safety guidelines to maintain the highest possible standard.
7. Aftercare & Client Responsibility
Aftercare instructions will be provided where needed.
It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare to maintain results and avoid complications.
8. Complaints & Corrections
If you are unhappy with your treatment:
Please contact me within 24 hours so I can help resolve the issue.
Corrections may be offered depending on the situation and the treatment.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or failure to follow aftercare.
9. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service if:
A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
A treatment is unsuitable or unsafe
A patch test has not been completed
A client behaves disrespectfully
A client repeatedly cancels last-minute or no-shows
There are medical concerns that make treatment unsafe
10. Payments
Payment can be made by cash or card.
Booking fees must be paid before an appointment is confirmed.
Outstanding charges must be settled before future appointments can be booked.

At Sabela Beauty, your safety and comfort are my priority. To ensure a professional and safe experience, the following rules apply:
Age Requirements
Earlobe Piercings
Available from age 16+.
Clients under 16 must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
I may request ID to verify age.
All Other Ear Piercings
(Helix, tragus, rook, conch, forward helix, etc.)
Available from age 18+.
Clients under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
ID may be required.
Identification
I reserve the right to request proof of age such as a passport, provisional licence or valid photo ID.
If ID is not provided, the piercing cannot go ahead.Children & Waiting Policy
For safety reasons, children should not attend adult piercing appointments.
Piercing equipment and clinical environments are not suitable for unsupervised children.
If a client arrives with young children and no supervision, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Appointment Duration for Children’s Lobe Piercings
Children’s ear-lobe piercing appointments are 30 minutes long.
This timeframe includes consultation, marking, and piercing.
I cannot extend the appointment time, as some children may change their mind or become too anxious to continue.
If a child decides not to go ahead during the appointment, a reschedule may be needed and in this case I might have to charge a booking fee.
Parental / Guardian Attendance
A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire appointment when required by age.
Written notes or phone permission are not accepted.

Due to hygiene reasons, Waves by Sabela jewellery is not eligible for return or refund.
If your order arrives with existing damage, please contact help@sabelabeauty.com within 14 days. Please include a description of the problem and photos of the product. We will be in touch to resolve the problem the best way we can!

All our jewellery orders are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Each order is carefully packaged by us to ensure it is safe and secure during transit. We are a small business and appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We carefully pack all our orders in protective packaging to ensure a safe arrival. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken, get in touch within 21 days.
Email help@sabelabeauty.com with a description of the issues and photographs to support. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.We hope your order reaches you quickly and safely! If the worst should happen and your order is declared Lost in Transit, please contact us to discuss the best course of action.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
